Refund policy

LT Flux Visual Products are crafted on-demand, ensuring each product is unique and created only upon order. Consequently, returns and exchanges are not available if the incorrect size, color is ordered, or if you change your mind. However, for damaged products or manufacturing errors, a 14-day return policy is in place, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. While we provide free shipping, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping in such cases.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may need to provide photos as well.

To start a return, you can contact us at ltdesigzco@gmail.com. Please note that most returns will need to be sent to the following address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019. (Unless the return Address is different on the label.)

If your return is accepted, you will take the items to USPS and pay to have them sent back to the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues/Unsuccessful Delivery
Upon receiving your order, please examine it and notify us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the problem promptly. We are not liable for stolen packages. If your item is lost, missing, or marked as delivered without a package, verify with the courier service first before reaching out to LT Designz. Proof from the courier is required, and we will conduct an investigation before processing any refunds.

Wrong Address - Should the courier deem the address provided as insufficient; the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will then be responsible for the reshipment costs after we have verified an updated address with you, if applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

To facilitate a seamless process, please consult the size chart and order with precision. If an item does not fit after trying it on and a different size is essential, contact us to explore possible solutions.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
